The credit card company, Discover, is making a deal with their customers that, every credit card purchase you make gets you entered into a million dollar lottery. This is a horrible idea because they are combining credit card debt addiction with lottery addiction. Also, I really doubt Discover has legal permission to do a nation-wide lottery anyway.
